These Terms and Conditions govern purchases submitted through the Uaeoyer™ online store at uaeoyer.com.
1. Acceptance
By ordering, you agree to these terms and the incorporated store policies.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement or use the store with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian where permitted.
3. Customer Accounts
You are responsible for accurate information, protecting account credentials, and notifying us of suspected unauthorized access.
4. Product Information
We aim to provide accurate descriptions, images, prices, compatibility details, and included components. Customers must review connector types, supported devices, measurements, and operating-system requirements before purchase.
5. Order Submission and Acceptance
An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance. We may cancel orders for inventory unavailability, payment-verification failure, suspected fraud, material pricing errors, or shipping restrictions. Amounts collected for canceled orders will be refunded.
6. Prices, Taxes, and Payment
Prices, shipping charges, discounts, and applicable taxes are displayed before payment. Available payment methods appear during checkout.
7. Processing and Shipping
Orders are normally processed within 2–4 business days, or up to 5 business days during unusually busy periods. Estimated standard U.S. delivery is 10–15 business days after dispatch. Shipping charges appear at checkout.
8. Returns and Refunds
Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. Approved refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after an authorized return is received and inspected.
9. Order Problems
Report damaged, incorrect, or incomplete orders promptly, preferably within 7 calendar days after delivery, and provide relevant photographs or video.
10. Changes and Cancellations
Contact us immediately. Changes cannot be guaranteed after processing begins. No cancellation fee is charged when an order is successfully canceled before fulfillment.
11. Promotions
Promotions are subject to their stated conditions. Unless expressly stated, offers cannot be combined, transferred, exchanged for cash, or applied retroactively.
12. Product Use and Safety
Use products according to supplied instructions and intended purposes. Confirm electrical, connector, device, and operating-system compatibility. Stop using products showing unusual heat, swelling, damage, or exposed wiring.
13. Bulk Purchases and Resale
Unless approved in writing, products are offered for personal or ordinary business use rather than unauthorized commercial resale.
14. Intellectual Property
Website content, branding, graphics, photographs, and other materials are owned by or licensed to us and may not be commercially reused without permission.
15. Customer Content

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision immediately does not waive it.

We may revise these terms for operational, legal, or service changes. The version displayed when an order is placed governs that purchase unless required otherwise.
